"Food: The Good Girl’s Drug" by Sunny Sea Gold. I’ve only recently been diagnosed with BED although the behaviour has been going on for years and this book has really opened my eyes and helped me understand my disorder.
This is what I picked up at the grocery store today - but I forgot bananas! They are what I really needed and now I’ll have to have my bf pick them up tomorrow. Damn, now I want one.

I think that’s it! So I still need to get peaches, coconut, and bananas but yeah, that’s it! I’m really excited for smoothies, I actually put the yoghurt into an ice cube tray so I can pop it right into the blender and it’ll be super cold and I’ll be able to use less ice.
If I lose 25lbs by summertime, I’m going to treat myself to these awesome t-shirts for summer days/nights tanning & drinking at the beach house!
ONE DAY I WILL ACHIEVE THIS GOAL.

IngredientsWater, apple (small), cinnamon grounds, lemon juice, Sweet’N Low
- Put water in a pot
- Remove apple skin and slice into thin pieces
- Bring water to boil and add a bit of lemon juice
- Add your sliced apple, a packet of Sweet’N low sweetener and cinnamon grounds
- Let it boil until apples are soft or ready to your likingSimple, yet oh so good.
