I have lost 20lbs since I started in mid-January.
From 195 to 175.
I can just barely fit into smaller pants, and my shirt size is still XL, but my face looks so much better, and I can see the loss. I can see the loss in my wrists, where the bone actually protrudes now, I can see the loss in my calves, where my JCrew Matchstick jeans have begun to bag. I can see it in face, where I have lost the most noticeable weight. I can see it in my stomach, which has gotten smaller.
I have gotten stronger. I can do this. If I lose another 20lbs in the NEXT four or five months, I’ll be down to 145. I have not weight 145 since sophmore year in high school. If I can lose 40lbs, then losing 60 should be no problem - and I will weigh 125. A perfectly healthy, attractive weight.
I will be perfect, for me.
