FuckYeah: Thinspiration

Unhealthy methods of weightloss are not supported by this blog.
Exercise and over 1,000 calories a day for the win.

So, in an interesting twist, I am not allowed to eat really hard/crunchy foods until March 19th, which renders most of my pantry useless.

I had already picked up a few things:

  • Frozen strawberries and bananas for smoothies
  • String Cheese
  • Yogurt
  • Chicken Broth 

And I’m planning on picking up:

  • Frozen Spinach & maybe kale for smoothies
  • Frozen juices for smoothies maybe - if I buy regular juice my roommates will eat it but most of them don’t look in the freezer
  • Peanut Butter
  • Bananas - going to be eating a lot of those!
  • Jello & Pudding

But other than that I’m having a hard time thinking of things to get that aren’t unhealthy & won’t cause my tooth to fracture… any ideas?

  2. girloflowers answered: mango/ pineapple? potatos so you can mash them? when i got my wisdom teeth out i also had pureed peas haha…sweet potato again mashed
  3. gracedisgrace answered: Canned soups, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal with cinammon &/or honey
  4. justlivinandlovin answered: some protein shakes aren’t bad or cottage cheese
  5. iwannalose3lbs answered: Banana flavored tofu. I know it sounds gross but its $0.97 at winco and you get two blocks at about 5g protein each and they are delicious
